Here is some information to consider, if you are interested in commissioning me to work for you.
Prices:

A few important notes:
$25 extra per each additional character in image.
Backgrounds will be a solid color, determined by commissioner.
All images/artwork from me will be digital work done in the GIMP.
All prices are subject to change depending on the amount of details requested by the commissioner. All artwork will be created at 300DPI and the size for a Full Body will usually be around 1000 x 2100 pixels, price is also subject to change if the commissioner requests a certain size larger then the norm.
Do my prices seem high? Well, considering the amount of time I will put into your commission, you might want to think again. On a complete full body image, I spend an average of 7 hours. That's less then nine dollars an hour.

A really important note!
The prices quoted above are for non-commercial use. If you wish to hire me for commercial character design, the price is DOUBLE for non-exclusive use and QUADRUPLE for exclusive use. Non-exclusive use means that you have the right to sell the product commercially as much as you like, but I also have the right to sell prints and merchandise of the artwork. Exclusive use means that I forfeit all rights to profit from the artwork, though I am able to display it in my portfolio or on my website.
I retain all rights to all of the artwork that I create, but you are allowed to use your commissioned piece in any way you wish so long as it is for non-profit. What this means is that you may use and minimally modify the artwork for purposes such as your website, but that you cannot sell prints or any other form of merchandise using the artwork, nor can you sell the rights to the work to someone else. I, on the other hand, retain the rights to use any artwork I create for merchandise and/or my portfolio
Time Frame:
I am a college student, and this is part time. I do guarantee an artwork/image to be done by commissioner's specifications within a month, usually much sooner. Please do not continually bother me about your commission, I will keep you informed on how it is coming along with frequent updates.
When you choose to commission me, you agree to the following:
1- To pay the full commission price upfront. Should you reconsider your commission after it has been started and wish to terminate our agreement, I will refund HALF of your payment to compensate for work done. If for some reason, I back out of the commission then you will be fully refunded.
2- To provide as much information as possible so that I, as the artist, can create what you are looking for.
3- Not to redistribute or sell any of the artwork commissioned in any way where you or a second hand party will make a profit from the artwork. (only applies to non-commercial work)

This initial email does not need to have reference links or character descriptions, only information such as the sex of the characters, their race, how many characters, how it is to be colored, etc. I will review your request and either accept or deny it depending on how feasible it is for me to create the work you ask for.
